Professor Dr. Mahmoud Hamza, CEO of Education First Foundation, reviewed a PhD thesis at the Faculty of Education, Ain Shams University, on the role of Education First in developing educational leadership in official language schools, by the researcher Catherine Sultan Helmy. The title of the thesis is:

The thesis was supervised by Prof. Dr. Safaa Afifi – Professor of Educational Psychology at the Faculty of Education, Ain Shams University, and Dr. Reham Mohamed Atiya – Assistant Lecturer in Educational Psychology at the Faculty of Education, Ain Shams University. The thesis defense was honored by Prof. Dr. Naguib Alphonse Khzam – Professor of Educational Psychology at Ain Shams University and one of the leading figures in education in Egypt and the Arab world.

It is worth noting the clear collaboration between the Faculty of Education at Ain Shams University – as the mother faculty of education faculties – and Education First Foundation since its establishment.
