تعاون مشترك بين التعليم أولاً واليونيسيف والجامعة الأمريكية بالقاهرة
احتفلت أمس مؤسسة التعليم أولاً بتخريج الدفعة الأولى من فريق (TOT) الخاص ببرنامج “المهارات الأساسية للعمل الاجتماعي بالمدارس – إدارة الحالة، الدعم النفسي الاجتماعي والقيادة” بالتعاون مع منظمة اليونيسيف وبإشراف أكاديمي من الجامعة الأمريكية بالقاهرة- كلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية – قسم علم النفس.
ضم البرنامج إعداد ثلاثين مدرباً من تخصصات متعددة بهدف تطبيق البرنامج على المدارس الحكومية بمحافظات (القاهرة – الجيزة – الإسكندرية – الإسماعيلية – سوهاج).
يهدف هذا البرنامج إلى تدريب الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين على التعامل مع القضايا العاطفية السلوكية والاجتماعية التي تنشأ في المدارس، كما يهدف إلى بناء القدرات في استخدام العديد من المهارات الأساسية مثل إدارة الحالات والقيادة والدعم النفسي والاجتماعي وحماية الطفل، ويشتمل البرنامج على عدد من القضايا على رأسها التعامل مع سوء السلوك والعدوان، معالجة الانضباط وإدارة الفصل الدراسي، كما يتم التركيز في هذا البرنامج على التطبيق والتفكير التأملي لتسهيل التعلم وتمكين استخدام المعلومات المقدمة عبر مستويات الكفاءة المختلفة.
وتفخر مؤسسة التعليم أولاً بأن يتم اختيارها لتنفيذ هذا البرنامج بالتعاون مع اليونيسيف والجامعة الأمريكية بالقاهرة.
Joint collaboration between Education First, UNICEF, and the American University in Cairo
Yesterday, Education First Foundation celebrated the graduation of the first TOT team for the “Basic Skills for Social Work in Schools – Case Management, Psychosocial Support, and Leadership” program in collaboration with UNICEF and under academic supervision from the American University in Cairo – Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences – Department of Psychology.
The program included thirty trainers from various specializations with the aim of implementing the program in public schools across the governorates of Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, Ismailia, and Sohag.
This program aims to train social workers to handle emotional, behavioral, and social issues that arise in schools. It also focuses on building capacity in essential skills such as case management, leadership, psychosocial support, and child protection. The program covers key issues such as managing misconduct and aggression, discipline, and classroom management, while emphasizing practical application and reflective thinking to facilitate learning and enable the use of information at various competency levels.
Education First Foundation is proud to have been selected to implement this program in collaboration with UNICEF and the American University in Cairo.
